While Ekanem Orok Limited is responsible for product sales, services and ecommerce activities. 

The Site www.ekanemorok.com reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions at any time.  Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Please check these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates.

TRAINING MATERIAL ENROLLMENT AND TEMPORARY ACCESS LICENSE

When you register for online or on-location fashion training or education on Ekanem Orok Limited and Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation, you get a license from us to view video courses and course materials via the Ekanem Orok Limited and Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation Services www.ekanemorok.com and no other use.

 

Do not transfer or resell course materials in any way or form. We do not grant you a lifetime access license. We only grant temporary access base on your subscription plan.

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENTS                       

We encourage you must first check our free classes on our youtube channel link on our website  as a trail, to see if you like our SIMPLE STEPS™ method of teaching before proceeding to subscribe to any of our courses as there is no refund for classes paid.

Please DO NOT subscribe to our classes, course or services, if you are not comfortable with our methods of teaching or our services in general. 

 

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. 

 

Once class subscriptions are made, we assume that you have checked your project submission date and be sure to upload project submission for certification on or before the last day of class after which you can no longer submit your project.

​Certificates are only available for people who have completed and submitted all their require projects.

PROMOTIONS

We may run promotions and sales for our course and certain courses may be available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a training material will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course.

 

 

Any price offered for a particular training material may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in because some of our promotions are available to new users only. 

In certain countries, the price you see may include such taxes. We are always looking for new members who are willing to contribute their skills and knowledge to our group. We strive to provide a platform where everyone can make meaningful connections and grow as professionals. As such we do not have control over contents provided by the members of these free groups on our website.

Anyone can use this group on www.ekanemorok.com to create and publish free training materials and instructions and we welcome the interaction for teaching and learning on our Mega Talent group and all other groups on our website. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Ekanem Orok Limited or Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation. 

Any attempted or actual assignment thereof without Ekanem Orok Limited and Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation’s prior explicit and written consent will be null and void. In any event, an assignment or transfer pursuant to this Section shall not in itself either Ekanem Orok Limited or Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation grant you the right to cancel any Ekanem Orok Limited or Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation’s Services or Third-Party Services, then in effect.

 

 

SEVERABILITY​

If any provision of the Ekanem Orok Limited and Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation terms is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. No Waiver of any breach or default of any of the Ekanem Orok Limited and Ekanem Orok Educational and Learning Foundation terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
