This policy applies to physical goods only. Digital products and online courses are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping terms.

  • Orders are processed within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing time may increase during:

    • Sales periods

    • High-demand product launches

    • Holiday seasons

    • Force majeure events (see Section 12)

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment.

 

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

We use reputable third-party courier and logistics providers for domestic and international shipments.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Select the courier provider

  • Change shipping partners without notice

  • Consolidate shipments when necessary

 

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times:

Nigeria (Domestic Orders)

  • 2–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders

  • 7–21 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Weather events

  • Government actions

  • Security or regulatory inspections

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

 

5. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight and size of package

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

 

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays.

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in return or abandonment of goods.

If an international package is returned due to refusal to pay customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and return costs from any refund.

 

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional charges resulting from address corrections

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

 

8. RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

Risk of loss and title for products transfer to the customer upon:

  • Delivery to the shipping carrier; or

  • Confirmation of delivery by the courier.

We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery.

Customers are encouraged to select shipping options that include insurance or signature confirmation where available.

 

9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery confirmation.

  • We may initiate an investigation with the courier.

  • Resolution depends on the carrier’s claims process.

We do not guarantee replacement or refund for:

  • Packages marked as delivered

  • Theft after delivery

  • Delays outside our control

 

10. FAILED DELIVERY AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect from pickup location

The package may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Re-shipping fees must be paid before redelivery.

  • If a refund is requested, shipping and return costs will be deducted.

 

11. PRE-ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Certain items may be:

  • Pre-order

  • Custom-made

  • Made-to-order

These products may require extended production time before shipment.

Estimated timelines will be communicated at purchase but are not guaranteed.

Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless defective.

 

12. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic-related disruptions

  • War or civil unrest

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation strikes

  • Supply chain interruptions

In such cases, delivery obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

 

13. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

We reserve the right to ship items separately if:

  • Inventory is temporarily unavailable

  • Items originate from different warehouses

  • Logistics efficiency requires split shipment

Customers will not be charged additional shipping unless agreed.

 

14. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Delivery is considered complete when:

  • Courier tracking shows delivery confirmation; or

  • Package is left at the address provided; or

  • A signature is obtained.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to shared spaces, apartment reception areas, or third-party mail rooms.

15. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Hold shipments for fraud verification

  • Request identity confirmation

  • Cancel suspicious orders

Orders flagged as high-risk may experience delays or cancellation.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays.

  • Our liability for shipping-related claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

  • We are not responsible for courier service failures beyond our reasonable control.
