SOCIAL GROUPS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the any of the educational social groups including Course groups (including Fashion Design, Pattern making, Sewing, Tailoring, Master + Class, Fashion Styling, Image Consultant course groups and the Mega Talent Group collectively known as (“Group”), these are educational and community-based platform operated by Ekanem Orok (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By joining, accessing, or participating in the Group(s), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not access or participate in the Group(s).
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. By joining, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. NATURE OF GROUP
The Course groups Mega Talent Group are educational, collaborative, and community-driven environment focused on fashion design, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
Participation does not constitute:

Formal accreditation or certification

Employment or partnership with Ekanem Orok

A guaranteed outcome, income, or career advancement
4. MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS

Access may be free or paid, depending on the structure at the time of enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access at any time without prior notice.

Membership is non-transferable and for individual use only.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to use the Group responsibly and professionally. You must not:

Post, share, or distribute offensive, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content

Harass, threaten, or exploit other members

Promote unrelated products, spam, or unauthorized advertising

Share confidential or proprietary information belonging to others

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate access without refund if these rules are violated.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTIES
All content provided by Ekanem Orok within the Group—including but not limited to videos, materials, designs, methods, and frameworks—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ekanem Orok.

7. USER GENERATED CONTENT

Grant Ekanem Orok a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote such content for educational and marketing purposes
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
8. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments (if applicable) are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or terminated access.
9. NO GUARANTIES
The Group is designed to support learning and growth; however, we make no guarantees regarding:

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ekanem Orok shall not be liable for:

11. TERMINATION
