These Fashion Book Print-on-Demand Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of printed fashion books published by Ekanem Orok and sold through the Ekanem Orok Limited website.
By placing an order for an Ekanem Orok fashion book, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. ABOUT THE FASHION BOOKS
Ekanem Orok Limited publishes and sells a collection of fashion books developed from the knowledge, experience, and educational expertise of Ekanem Orok, a fashion designer, fashion stylist, image consultant, and fashion educator.
The books may cover areas including, but not limited to:

The books are designed for fashion students, designers, tailors, dressmakers, stylists, educators, fashion entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in developing professional fashion skills.
2. PRINT-ON-DEMAND SERVICE
Selected Ekanem Orok fashion books are available through a Print-on-Demand purchasing model.
This means that a physical copy may be produced specifically after an order has been placed and payment has been received.
Print-on-Demand production may include printing, binding, finishing, quality control, packaging, and fulfilment.
Because the book is produced in response to an order, customers should review the product information carefully before completing their purchase.
3. MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum order value for printed Ekanem Orok fashion books is:
US$200
Orders with a book value below US$200 will not qualify for Print-on-Demand production.
The US$200 minimum applies to the combined value of eligible Ekanem Orok fashion books in the order.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other applicable charges are separate from the US$200 minimum unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers may combine multiple eligible Ekanem Orok fashion books in one order to meet the minimum order value.
4. ORDER PROCESS
To place a Print-on-Demand fashion book order:

Ensure that the combined book value meets the US$200 minimum order requirement.

Provide accurate billing and delivery information.

Ekanem Orok Limited processes the order for Print-on-Demand production.

The completed books are packaged and shipped to the customer.
An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for production.
5. PAYMENT
Full payment is required before Print-on-Demand production begins.
Ekanem Orok Limited will not commence production until payment has been successfully processed and verified.
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Ekanem Orok Limited reserves the right to change book prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully paid for and confirmed.
6. PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Because these books may be produced specifically for each order, Print-on-Demand orders require additional processing time.

9. CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGES
Print-on-Demand books are produced specifically in response to confirmed customer orders.
Once production has commenced, an order generally cannot be cancelled, modified, or reduced.
Customers who wish to request a cancellation or change must contact Ekanem Orok Limited as soon as possible after placing the order.
If production has not yet commenced, Ekanem Orok Limited may, at its discretion, approve a cancellation or modification.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because Print-on-Demand books are produced specifically for confirmed orders, returns are generally not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer requires the book.
However, Ekanem Orok Limited will consider claims involving:

A significantly damaged book

A manufacturing defect

Missing pages
-
Incorrectly printed content

The wrong book being supplied

A substantial production error
Customers should contact Ekanem Orok Limited within 7 days of receiving the order where such an issue occurs.
Photographs or other evidence may be requested to assess the claim.
Where Ekanem Orok Limited determines that the issue resulted from a production or fulfilment error, the company may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, reprinting, or refund.
11. SHIPPING
Shipping costs are separate from the US$200 minimum book order unless otherwise stated.
Shipping times depend on the destination, shipping method, production schedule, carrier, customs processing, and other logistical factors.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Ekanem Orok Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party shipping providers.
12. DAMAGED BOOKS
Customers should inspect their books upon delivery.
If a book arrives substantially damaged, customers should photograph the packaging and the damaged book and contact Ekanem Orok Limited promptly.
Where the damage is determined to have occurred during production or fulfilment, Ekanem Orok Limited may arrange an appropriate replacement or other remedy.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All Ekanem Orok fashion books, including their written content, illustrations, photographs, diagrams, fashion drawings, educational materials, graphics, layouts, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property, are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
Purchasing a physical copy of an Ekanem Orok fashion book does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Customers may not:

14. EDUCATIONAL USE

Purchasing a book does not automatically grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, teach, distribute, or commercially exploit the book's content.
Institutions, fashion schools, training centers, educators, and organizations wishing to use Ekanem Orok books or their contents for structured teaching, training, workshops, or commercial educational programmes should contact Ekanem Orok Limited regarding appropriate licensing or institutional arrangements.
15. BULK AND INSTITUTIONAL ORDERS
Fashion schools, universities, training institutions, retailers, organizations, businesses, and other customers requiring multiple copies may contact Ekanem Orok Limited for bulk-order arrangements.
Bulk orders may be subject to separate pricing, production schedules, shipping arrangements, and commercial terms.
16. AVAILABILITY
Ekanem Orok Limited reserves the right to discontinue, modify, update, or replace any book, edition, format, cover, specification, or product offering without prior notice.
Where a customer has already paid for an order that cannot reasonably be fulfilled, Ekanem Orok Limited will contact the customer regarding an appropriate alternative or refund.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ekanem Orok Limited's liability relating to a Print-on-Demand book order will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
Ekanem Orok Limited will not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfill an order caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, equipment failures, material shortages, shipping disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
19. PRIVACY
Information provided during the purchasing process will be handled in accordance with Ekanem Orok Limited's applicable Privacy Policy.
Customer information may be used to process payments, produce and fulfill orders, arrange delivery, communicate with customers, and provide customer support.
20. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an order for an Ekanem Orok fashion book through www.ekanemorok.com, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Fashion Book Print-on-Demand Terms & Conditions.
Ekanem Orok Limited reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The Terms applicable at the time an order is placed will govern that order, subject to applicable law.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
22. AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
